express it well in words,' or 'I wish I could tell someone how I
feel'? It would be nice to communicate with words and
movements, but they disappear in an instant. You can only
express yourself by combining the words you have, so I thought
it would be nice to communicate in a more personal way.” This
time, I am holding a workshop where everyone can visualise
their feelings and create one big picture together using pens and
paints.
