Students from Osaka Prefectural schools will host 15-minute workshops that combine their own “favorite things” with the Expo theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.” Each workshop welcomes about 5–6 participants. Through interaction, participants will reflect on co-creating a future together and on Invigorating Lives.

“Shaping the Future with Earth Keychains” — Izuo Technical High School
Make clay keychains with an Earth theme. Express hopes for the future and care for the environment through imagination and craft. And then take your piece home to spark conversation.

“POVERTY” — Kadoma Namihaya High School)
Learn about poverty in Japan and around the world through an exhibit and dialogue-based workshop. Re-examine everyday issues, cultivate multi-perspective thinking and empathy, and deepen your sense of the value and connectedness of life through peer discussion.
